Our independent high street shop was opened in 2013 in Helensburgh, Scotland, and is still going strong.
Your orders are picked and dispatched by our highly skilled team who also work in the shop. It’s that same hard-working team who answers the phone and emails when you contact us! So you can be sure you're in good hands. -

Domestic shipping can take up to 5 business days.
Foreign shipping could take up to 14 business days.
Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual. -
UK Mainland Shipping Rates
Within the UK, we offer the following delivery services:
Local Pickup - FREEStandard Delivery, 2-3 days - £2.95
First Class Delivery, 1-2 days - £3.95
Next Weekday Express Courier Delivery, 24 hours - £7.99 (UK Mainland only, excludes Highlands & Islands)
NOTE: orders placed after 12:00 noon on Thursday may not reach you until Monday as couriers don't deliver to all areas on a Saturday or SundaySaturday Courier Delivery - £16.99
Rest Of The World Shipping Rates
If you would like goods shipping outside the UK, Highlands Islands & N. Ireland, simply type your address into the check out and the shipping costs will be added to your order automatically. Our overseas orders are all sent with a Signature Required service, which means there must be someone at the delivery address to receive the goods.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt and must be returned in their original packaging and in re-saleable condition. We recommend that you use a courier or signed for delivery method, as we cannot refund items lost in transit to us.
We regret that we cannot refund post and packaging costs.
It is also recommended to obtain a proof of
postage receipt.Please include a slip of paper with your name
and order number so we know who the return is from.

A return/refund request can be submitted within 7 days after the purchase has been received.

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible for a full refund not including postage costs.
If the product is damaged or faulty/defective then please get in touch and we can determine how best to proceed.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.
