Returns & Cancellation Policy

The distance selling rules, as laid down by Trading Standards, binds Grasshopper Toys Ltd. You are entitled to return goods within seven days of receipt for a full refund if they do not suit your needs. This does not include the cost of return postage.
If you wish to return an item, it must be complete, unopened and unused.
Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt and must be returned in their original packaging and in re-saleable condition. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage. We regret that we cannot refund post and packaging costs.
If for any reason you are not happy with your choice, please contact us to register return.

Damaged Goods
